David I. Rudder, Ph.D.

David Rudder received his doctorate from the University of Delaware's Urban Affairs and Public Policy Department with a concentration in urban and social policy.  Much of his research and publications focuses on economic development and community development.  David’s role in successfully managing multi-task operations, including marketing, research design, evaluation, and program analysis has acknowledged him as one of the field's leading consultants on contemporary program management design. He has designed and conducted surveys that have helped organizations identify their strengths and weaknesses as well as develop effective evaluation tools.

He also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Neumann College in the Master’s of Science Program in Strategic Leadership.  David develops workshops based on a company's needs, and facilitates workshops on leadership skills in management and organizational structure. He has worked with large and small companies, all age groups and diverse populations.
