1. The identification of performance indicators/ benchmarking – We assist in developing key performance indicators to define and measure progress toward program/ project objectives.
   
2. The constant review of action plan - We facilitate group sessions with clients and potential stakeholders on existing and potential challenges to identifying solutions. 
   
3. Monitoring and evaluating of project - We produce progress reports on agreed upon schedules with clients.  The progress report identifies the current status of projects as well as outstanding issues and recommendations for enhancing the project/program initiative.
