HISTORY

Created in 2003, following several consultancies with the Metropolitan Wilmington Urban League, the United Way of Delaware, the City of Wilmington and the University of Delaware, Dr. Rudder recognized the need for an operation that could serve as a “one shop” technical assistance arm, an invaluable resource to building organizational capacity.

Rudder Consultants Rudder Consultants (RC) is a multi-faceted consultancy designed to assist people and institutions in enhancing business opportunities and efficiency in the private, public and nonprofit sectors.  The principal, Dr. David Rudder, is supported by a team of talented professionals positioned in key markets throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast Corridor. The Rudder Consultants team provides a broad spectrum of services including bilingual support for Spanish-speaking populations.
